This Bluetooth GPS car kit is bundled with TomTom Navigator software. The Bluetooth technology-enabled receiver sits on your dashboard, where it identifies the car's position using at least 3 satellites. By communicating with the GPS receiver via Bluetooth, your handheld obtains real-time location information and displays 2D or 3D maps by TomTom. Using the handheld's high-resolution screen, the maps automatically show your car's location. The receiver is compatible with the Palm Tungsten T3 Handheld and Palm Zire 72 Handheld. TomTom software includes maps of the entire United States and Canada on eight CDs. The Bluetooth receiver is Palm branded and runs on an internal rechargeable battery. The charging cable has a USB connector on one end for plugging into an automobile cigarette lighter adapter or an AC adapter, both included. The other end splits into two cable ends, one plugging into the Bluetooth receiver and the other into the handheld.
